Mental health issues vary from woman to woman during the menopause. For some, it’s feeling out of sorts. Other women I’ve seen have felt suicidal as a result of the combined menopause symptoms – the impact of the menopause on mental health should not be underestimated.
Weekly, you will get sent one of the 6 in-depth work booklets for you to complete, allowing you to journal, reflect and build your own self-care toolkit, from the tools you learn in the weekly modules along with extra bonus content. Practice and reflection will be key.
You will learn every day tools using evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to explore positive and negative perceptions and actions during menopause so you can challenge, adapt and gain more balance in your life during menopause, facilitated by me in this safe space.
