You will learn every day tools using evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to explore positive and negative perceptions and actions during menopause so you can challenge, adapt and gain more balance in your life during menopause, facilitated by me in this safe space.


6-weeks of online live modules,  joining me and a small group of women all on their menopause journey looking to find emotional balance.  Each week you will learn a simple and sustainable practical breathing technique and yoga pose specific to menopause and mental health integrated with the neuroscience of mind-body therapy.

How long is each session over the 6 weeks?

I want you to feel comfortable and confident. Everyone is uniquely different and will connect to therapists differently. I offer complimentary discovery calls to have a quick chat and you can ask any questions in this call before booking in a course. You get to learn about me, and I get to hear more from you, and we get to see if we fit.

How do I know this course is a good fit for me?

In each session you will learn a simple and sustainable practical breathing technique and yoga pose specific to gaining emotional balance during your menopause transition, integrated with evidence based talking therapy exercises so we work with both your body and mind - that's why we call it mind-body therapy.

What can I expect from each session?

Do we have support outside of the 6 sessions?

All the tools and exercises you will learn about are shown through research to support mental health and wellbeing. As you progress through the 6 weeks you will discover how to adapt and develop your own sustainable self-care plan for your own menopause transition experience - supporting you to flourish.
