I am a psychologist, mental health specialist and yoga teacher and have worked in the mental health arena for over 25 years. I started my own menopause transition approximately 5 years ago and could not find the holistic support I was looking for. 

Through my own journey of learning more about the menopause transition I graduated from Petra Coveney’s Menopause Yoga 40-hour teacher training in March 2020 and started to design my signature mind-body therapy courses, building on my own expertise in mental health, wellbeing and yoga.   

This is where Menopause-ology began.
